Clean and comfortable apartment with nice big balcony. Absolutely fantastic breakfast for a little extra. Close to beautiful walks to most stunning beaches and everything you need very close without being mega commercial.

One staff member was very rude to me on at least 3 consecutive occasions, on different days. She was managing the breakfast hall and as I’m not able to eat a huge breakfast in the morning I squirrelled away an apple, orange and a couple of biscuits for later. She saw me and told me I wasn’t allowed to take food out of the hall (despite the fact that so much leftovers goes in the bin ). I said ok and sorry. The following day after being told, I had zero intention of taking anything out of the room, but the woman (Eva) told my friend she was worried that I would take food away. I approached Eva to apologise (in Spanish) for taking the apple and biscuits the previous day, and to assure her that she did not need to worry, I promised I would not take anymore out. Regardless, she continued to berate me in Spanish telling me again in angry tones that all food must be consumed in the breakfast room. I apologised again. On my final morning I was still finishing my food just after 11 o clock when breakfast officially finished but the staff are still cleaning up until at least 11.30. Eva decided to have another confrontation with me about finishing eating late even though other people had finished after 11 who she said nothing to, and I also saw people leaving the room with extra drinks and snacks for later. I felt victimised and someone shouting I at me makes me feel shaky and anxious. I don’t think I did anything really wrong to deserve such treatment and the experience with Eva has left a bad impression. I'm utterly bewildered that the hotel has responded basically accusing me of lying, and I absolutely solemnly promise that as soon as I had been asked not to remove any more food from the hall I definitely did not!! Why on earth would I go to the trouble of apologising only to then continue doing the same thing? I was embarrassed that I had upset the woman and determined that I did not want to cause further upset, but regardless she continued harassing me. Truth.

Great breakfast! Really good selection with something to suit everyone. The room was nice and clean and great to have a little kitchenette. The staff are friendly and really happy to help. It was in a good location and there is a bus to and from the airport nearby. The pool was big, but also freezing.

I would have preferred no music in the pool area, I found it distracting rather than relaxing.

Breakfast great, staff great. Bar food was very nice.

The breakfast was great! There was an excellent variety of products to experiment with, and the venue was clean and spacious. The gentleman who cooks pancakes and omelettes was really skilful.

There was a small incident between my mother-in-law and the lady who cleaned the tables. But I credit that to this lady's lack of experience dealing with people and not speaking Portuguese.

The hotel was in a great location and not overcrowded, we arrived late August plenty of sunbeds , staff really friendly and helpful , lovely food and poolside waiter service!!

we paid on arrival and was advised to pay by card and select euros not gbp which increased our cost by £80, they did rectify it straight away but felt they were annoyed by it

Breakfast was good especially the omelette and I really enjoyed the hot chocolate drink from the machine . I also found the bed to be very comfortable had a fabulous night’s sleep the pool outside is a very good size and it is only a 5 minutes walk away from the beach and shops

The first room I booked was not great due to a smell of stagnant water in it but it was clean and a great size but the lovely man on reception changed my room and the next room was clean and smelled much better. The general resort looked tired and needs a good lick of paint and had that musty smell even outside around the baby pool area the sun beds smelt frowsy which was unpleasant and you could not sit around it. the inside chilling area looked tired and needs updating the carpet needs replacing in the hallways the rooms themselves are a fantastic size beds very comfortable sheets were clean towels in bathroom were very hard but clean overall it was fine but not a 4 star more like a 3

The apartment was equipped with all the facilities required for a short stay (a week). It was cleaned daily and the towels replenished daily too. The staff was really friendly, helpful and kind with the kids. They also offered us a free drink as a thank you gesture for our stay. The location was fantastic with lots of beaches in the areas, places for walking, cycling, running. Also lots of shopping options in the area.

One bed was noisy and not quite comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The shower enclosure had a missing glass panel. It could have helped to have some spare chair as we were 5 but only 4 chairs and a small table.

Me and my friend just got back from here. It was a cheap trip for us. We got a great deal, so we weren't expecting anything much. We were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast had so much choice. Fruits, cereals, pastries, breads, english options, decaf coffee, different teas, almond milk, lactose free milk, saw gluten-free things too. English sausages, beans, bacon, omelettes, etc. Pancakes and churros. The room was bigger than expected. Kitchenette was nicely tucked away. We had a sea view, too. The room was clean, fresh towels every day. Also, big tubs of shampoo, body wash, and hand soap in the room. Hairdryer, too. The beds were comfy. The pool bar was really good, too. we ended up eating a lot there, and drinks weren't overpriced. There is a little jacuzzi, a big pool, and a small pool. It was close to the beach and things to do too.

This is probably nit picking at things, but the only bad thing about the hotel is that it needs a sign outside.

The hotel is lovely , clean and staff very helpful , the studio room my granddaughter and I stayed in was lovely , apart from the dog barking in opposite building all day

I liked everything about the property, but there’s a dog in a building across and it’s barking all day and I mean all day !

I really liked the spaciousness of the junior suite. Location is excellent too. Pool is good size and plenty of available sunbeds. Staff were friendly and co-operative. Option to attend entertainment and enjoy a compimentary drink is appreciated.

Our suite was situated overlooking the road and bus station. It was noisier than my last stay which overlooked the pool.

Very near to the all the town - beach, restaurants and facilities!

The house keeping makes so much of nice by cleaning the nearby rooms from morning 7 and makes it unbearable to sleep or be calm in the morning. Please ensure the cleaning starts after the guest leaves

Noise in morning from corridors

Spacious room with kitchenette, just as described, very comfortable bed and the baby bed received a new mattress which was perfect for my baby to sleep like a baby. Breakfast was good value for money and Aircon was not noisy. It has a launderette easy to use and helpful staff.

The playground was closed every time I tried to access it, very noisy and rude neighbours partying in the room rather than going out even after notifying reception twice about them.The hotel has very loud entertainment, so loud that I couldn't rest until past midnight. My room had a very narrow bathtub that I could barely use it for myself and the baby bath I brought with me to use for my baby broke off whilst trying to fit it in the narrow bathtub of the hotel. Channing my room was always happening at siesta time, 2pm, when my baby was just about to go to sleep. Up until the end of my stay, I kept on finding pieces of glass on the floor from a glass that was broken before my stay started, desire nurturing this to two cleaners. The dishes in the cupboard and drawer were all smeared and had to hand wash everything I needed to use, before using them. The microwave/oven had no instructions for use and also was not working properly.
